Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling may apply to some items.

Parts and accessories are shipped pro-rata depending on weight. Any charge will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. Pallet deliveries are by arrangement.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption via Paypal. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a manufacturers warranty.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or miss described.

Special Order Parts Spare parts can be researched on a "best endeavours" basis, based on information supplied by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information provided is correct. Special order items are supplied on a non-returnable basis unless faulty. No refunds can be given for parts that have been ordered specially which turn out to be incorrect. Certain items may also be listed as a special order item and are also non-returnable.

PLEASE NOTE: All Special Order items and parts are subject to a non-refundable minimum carriage charge of £4.45.
Petrol Engine Machines
Petrol Engine Machines
Petrol powered machines are supplied "Dry" - this means you need to add motor oil before using. You should read the operators manual fully before use. If you do not have a manual you need to contact us immediately before using the machine. Failure to use the correct oil with your machine will result in damage to the engine.

All petrol machines use standard Unleaded Petrol, and you will need to purchase this. We recommend "Aspen Fuel".

Petrol machines do NOT run on diesel fuel unless specifically designed to. For 2-Stroke engine machines, 2-Stroke Oil will need to be added to the petrol at the correct mixing ratio - as provided in the user manual / manufacturer's specification. Failure to do this will result in a non-warranty failure.

Packaging
Please retain all packaging materials until you are happy that the product is correct, undamaged and fully working. For products delivered on pallets, please retain the pallet until you are certain the product is correct, undamaged and fully working. For any collections of products that were originally sent on a pallet, the product will need to be re-palletised by the customer before a collection can take place.

Returns
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make. Accordingly, you may inspect the items you buy as if you were in store. However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please do not use or damage the items whilst you inspect them. Do not try them in an environment that might make them dirty (e.g. in the garden).

It is your responsibility to fully inspect the item upon delivery before first use, that the item you have purchased is to your satisfaction and therefore fit for purpose. Should you notice a fault or defect with any product or find that there are missing components, please contact us immediately. Any claims for goods damaged on delivery should me made with 7 days. We are unable to provide replacements for goods claimed to be damaged on delivery outside of this period. Failing to contact us at this early stage could affect your return/warranty entitlements.

Petrol powered machines should not be oiled or fuelled unless you intend keeping the item.

Any unwanted item unless faulty, must be returned in a re-saleable condition complete with all original packaging and labels, undamaged and unused. Please do not open any blister-packs unless you intend to keep the item. Should you wish to return a product, it must be in the original undamaged packaging.

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to deduct from the total any amounts due by way of compensation to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

Any items that need to be replaced must be returned to us first before a replacement can be issued.

Delivery Charge Refunds
Combi's original outgoing delivery charges will only be refunded if you cancel and return your order with us within seven working days after the day of receipt of your goods. Otherwise delivery charges will only be refundable in the case of faulty or damaged goods, or where the incorrect product has been received.

Any delivery costs incurred by the customer to return any unwanted products are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns of small items by Post
Please return any unwanted items within 14 days from the day your parcel arrives, for a refund via the original payment method. For all UK orders, attach the pre-paid address label supplied with the despatch note to the repackaged parcel. Special order items are non-returnable (see below).

If you return your purchase after this 14 day period but within 28 days, we will issue you with a Combi Voucher to the value of the item excluding original postage costs.

With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, if you return your purchase by post or courier after the 28 day period, we reserve the right to not offer a refund. Your item may instead be returned to you and prior to sending you will charged you the re-delivery fee that is applicable to the product purchased and the location to which your returns will be delivered.

Larger items including machines that require courier collection
If you wish to return a larger item including machinery that will require a courier collection, a collection charge of £25 may be applicable. The item must be unused, unopened, and be in its original packaging, complete with all included accessories. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged items. We are unable to offer any courier collection service to orders outside of the mainland UK.

International refund policy
Please note: if you return your purchase to us from outside the UK, this is done so at your own risk. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your purchase. We are unable to offer any courier collection service to orders outside of mainland UK.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received the returned product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the original payment method or card. Please note that it may take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

By proceeding to checkout you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
